These terms (under the name 'Program Participant Agreement') constitute the official Terms of Service for all KGK Digital Inc. / The Better Freelancer memberships.

Legal Terms, Disclaimers, and Community Code of Conduct

This agreement applies to all purchases, memberships, programs, coaching, community access, and materials associated with The Better Freelancer, operated as a program and brand of KGK Digital Inc.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

Educational Purpose Only

The Better Freelancer Blueprint is an educational and coaching based program operated by KGK Digital Inc.

All content, guidance, frameworks, strategies, calls, workshops, documents, and materials provided are for educational and informational purposes only.

Kyle G. Kushner, through KGK Digital Inc, is not acting as a licensed accountant, CPA, attorney, financial advisor, or business consultant in a regulated or fiduciary capacity.

Nothing provided should be considered legal, tax, financial, or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for how you apply any information shared.

No Guarantees or Promises of Results

Results are not guaranteed.

Your outcomes depend on many factors including, but not limited to:

• Your experience

• Your effort and consistency

• Your market

• Your implementation

• External conditions beyond anyone’s control

Participation in this program does not guarantee income, clients, employment, or financial results.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Assumption of Risk

You understand that building a business, freelancing, or pursuing independent work involves inherent risk.

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, actions, and results associated with participation in this program.

Kyle G. Kushner and KGK Digital Inc are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims that may arise from your participation.

Community Code of Conduct

This program includes access to a private community.

To maintain a productive, safe, and respectful environment, all members agree to the following:

• Treat all members with respect and professionalism

• No harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or harmful language of any kind

• No personal attacks, bullying, or aggressive behavior

• No spam, solicitation, or promotion without permission

• No sharing of private community content outside the group

Removal From the Program

Kyle G. Kushner, on behalf of KGK Digital Inc, reserves the right to remove any member from the program or community at any time if they:

• Violate the code of conduct

• Disrupt the community

• Engage in harmful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

• Act in bad faith toward other members or the program

If access is revoked for these reasons, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

There are no refunds for digital products, memberships, coaching programs, or community access once access has been granted.

Referral Rewards

Referral rewards, when offered, apply only to the Standard Membership price of The Better Freelancer. Referral rewards do not apply to Core Crew, VIP Memberships, coaching programs, or higher-tier offerings, regardless of which option a referred participant purchases. Referral rewards have no cash value outside of the defined program structure. KGK Digital Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue referral rewards at any time.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided are the intellectual property of KGK Digital Inc. The Better Freelancer operates as a program and brand under KGK Digital Inc.

You may not copy, distribute, resell, or share materials without written permission.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase and checking the acknowledgment box at checkout, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these terms

• You accept full responsibility for your participation

• You agree to abide by the community standards

• You understand that access may be revoked without refund if these terms are violated
