This isn’t really about freelancing. It’s about building the foundation to think and operate like a business owner so you can create your own opportunities, build stability, and stop depending on others to give you work.

In standard it is totally up to you. In the other options you are required to put in the work each week and show your progress to ensure you complete both phases in about 6 weeks.
The time it takes per week will vary for everyone but you should try to complete a step or two per week as well as attend or watch the recording of the 60-90 minute workshop every week.
This is a build that requires effort, focus, and action. How fast you go or how much action you take is up to you.
